Cate Hefele:The Story at the Heart of the Journey

Cate's love of story and storytelling led her to a major in Marketing at Notre Dame but has also been the thread that she's actively sought out through a variety of roles in her career. One big, bold, very public pitch (followed by one audacious answer) led to a seven year, multi-role stint with the NFL. From there, she moved to McKinsey & Co., proving that you don't have to be on a particular path from the very beginning and can make career shifts as long as you're willing to put in the work (and tempt fate by inviting your fiancé into the process). In her current role as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Foxtel Group, Cate is literally right there as the important conversations are being had and the big decisions are being made.
